For appointments with cats, please confine them to one room or carrier, prior to the appointment, or in a manner to not allow them to hide under furniture etc…
Please allow for an approximate 20 minute window of arrival, prior to and after, the scheduled appointment time, due to the unpredictability of appointments, traffic and parking. We will try to call you if we anticipate arriving outside of this window.

If you have any parking hints around your home, please let us know; this will be greatly appreciated; driveway, garage, or street parking availability, etc.

Please allow for a minimum of an hour together.

Payment for services are due at the time of the housecall and we are currently accepting cash and checks. No billing services are available.
Veterinary pet insurance is accepted.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call to let us know at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged for the visit; and also if your pet is not available at the time of the housecall appointment when the doctor arrives… ie: not able to get from under the bed or behind something or…

VETERINARY PHARMACY
Our veterinary pharmacy home delivery service. You can order prescriptions, medications, food, flea and tick control products (Frontline Plus, Advantage, etc.), shampoos, etc. and accessories through our VetStoreRx link here, or on any of the other pages; or go to the PRESCRIPTIONS tab.

Everything is shipped to your door for your convenience.
